Nail Tech ("Nail Tech", "we", "us", or "our") is a salon management platform designed for nail technicians and their clients.

By using Nail Tech, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only information that is necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Appointment and Client Information

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission to enter and manage client information through the Service.

App Content

• Photos and other images you upload
• AI-generated captions, affirmations, and other content created through the Service

Device and Technical Information

• Device push notification token
• Authentication tokens required to keep you signed in

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the features and functionality of Nail Tech
• Manage appointments and client information

Nail Tech may send automated appointment reminder emails to clients on behalf of nail technicians. These emails may contain:

• Appointment time
• Service information

Reminder emails do not intentionally include sensitive health or financial information.

If a client does not wish to receive appointment reminder emails, they may contact us at nailtechrich@gmail.com. We will process the request within a reasonable period.

Nail Tech may provide AI-powered features such as captions, affirmations, or other generated content.

Information submitted to an AI feature may be processed as necessary to provide that feature.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. Users should review generated content before using or publishing it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Nail Tech.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These measures may include:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data transmitted between the app and our servers
• Secure password hashing
• Authentication token expiration and security controls

• Push notification tokens: deleted when they are no longer required or when your account is deleted.

• Accessing the personal information we hold about you
• Requesting correction of inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion of your personal information
• Objecting to certain processing

Nail Tech may use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications.

Push notifications may include appointment-related alerts and other Service notifications.

You can control push notification permissions through your device settings.

Nail Tech is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
